LDEV-4540 Notify learners of disclosing answers only once I multiple questions are present and their answers are disclosed in one go, multiple refresh commands are sent to all learners in the lesson. This can cause a spike in load and unresponsiveness. We should notify learners only once when clicking "disclose all" buttons.
