LI-167 check if mysql test works on a non-default mysql port updated backup.java to use the mysql host and port in the mysqldump command so it will work for a non-default mysql port
Final commit for updater package for 2.1, making the copy-tools target in the project's build.xml also copy the deploy-tool lib form lams_build instead of using the old one
