LDEV-3962 * List of favourite courses shows only active courses. * If course was removed - nothing bad will happen. We stop showing that course in the tablsorter course list and also in favorites list. But the users that have stored it as the last visited will still see it on their main.jsp. * "Courses" label changed to "My Courses".
