They are simply added to the jboss-4.0.2\server\default\deploy\lams.ear\lams-dictionary.jar\backup\backup.zipTo make a retrieval, you have to extract, then return the flashxml folder to the\jboss-4.0.2\server\default\deploy\lams.ear\lams-central.war
