LDEV-910: Adding a "launch" page that shows the basic details for a lesson and a link to start the learner interface for the lesson. This change added a flag whch will be passed to the monitoring call to control whether or not the url for the new page will be shown in monitor.

Some .las files have more top level transitions than activities - if this occurs then do not show the warning messages that the transitions are missing the matching activity. The entry will still be written to the log in case it is needed for debugging purposes.
