LDEV-1473: Fixing up the complex activity pages. Now have three statuses: Not Started, Started and Completed. The sequence activities show up as their own pages. The branching, optional sequence and sequence pages all have links to contained activities if the activities are started or completed. The activities in the sequences are now ordered by transition, rather than order id, as that is what the progress engine uses to determine order.

Minor bug fix due to recent changes, relating to suppressed popup windows in monitortabview, now fixed

LDEV-1479 Popup window now displays when double clicking branching activity in learner tab in monitor, double clicking branching activity now no longer causes complex/branching activities to disappear

LDEV-1473: Removing the class cast exception that an occur on the learner progress screen for branching - the old CGLIB problem.
LDEV-991 display of complex activities (opt seqs, opt acts, parallel acts) is working, need improvements to control of activities on complex layer.

LDEV-1515: A synchronisation problem in forum is causing a problem when the topic is copied, and this shows up when run from the test harness. Learners were getting stuck in forum. Put in some temporary code to allow at least some learners to keep going.
Removing extra debugging that was making the log hard to read.
LDEV-1524: Null pointer exception getting thrown. Moving fix from branch to head
LDEV-1530: Rearranged code to avoid a HibernateException being thrown when two users try to clone the topic at the same time.
