LDEV-3656: Invalidate user's session before trying re-authentication. Move the solution back to SAML as LoginRequestServlet uses current session for authentication, so the session can not be invalidated there.
LDEV-3812 : IE-9 Compatibility stops the FormData references working in Forum. Removed the meta-tag from affected projects. Cleaned up the DOCTYPEs to ensure they were not causing any issues and put a fallback in place so that if FormData does not work the user can still post messages, just cannot upload files.
LDEV-3726: Fix a race condition when re-creating LD SVG: FLA iframe contents must load before sequence tab continues with an update. Fix a minor bug in detecting double click.
LDEV-3790: Adding panels when reflections are present and collapsing summary to minimum size where possible. Added no sessions message to match other activities.
