LDEV-4407 Other projects stop depending on lams_gradebook

* GradebookService interfaces are redefined now:

- IGradebookService is going to be used by core modules.

- IGradebookFullService is used inside of lams_gradebook only and

nowhere else, as it contains lams_gradebook's internal logic and

classes.

* Introduce CommonContants.java which contains for now common

constants that used to be located in GradebookConstants.java

* Tools stop using gradebookService directly, but rather through

ILamsToolService's method updateGradebookUserActivityMark()

* Move GradebookUserActivityArchive and GradebookUserLessonArchive

to lams_gradebook

LDEV-4407 Introduce new IMonitorFullService interface

MonitorService interfaces are redefined now:

1. IMonitorService is going to be used by core modules.

2. IMonitorFullService is used inside of lams_monitoring only and

nowhere else, as it contains lams_monitoring's internal logic and

LDEV-4407 Tools to use contentrepository classes from lams_common

Tools start using shared contentrepository classes that were

recently moved to lams_common from lams_contentrepository.

Remove any leftover dependencies on lams_contentrepository. Which

includes getting rid of getRepositoryLoginTicket() and some other

methods from tools services.

LDEV-4402 Substitute Gson and Apache JSON with Jackson

Jackson is a top JSON library shipped with WF10.

Apache JSON resides in an ancient library which we do not need for

anything else.

We use GSon only for serializing Java objects to JSON, which Jackson can

do too.

LDEV-4400 Update dependecies to embedded libraries

WildFly 10 is shipped with newer versions of libraries that LAMS uses.

LAMS now points to proper JAR files. Following libraries were updated:

beanutils 1.8.3 -> 1.9.2

LDEV-3735, LDEV-3674: Rewrite LD import using JDK XML tools. Remove cglib library which does not seem to be used by XStream anymore. Remove Axis and wsdl4j libraries, and several Java classes made obsolete by Flash removal. Fix LD import in FLA and several Tools.

LDEV-3275: Deploy EAR libraries as WildFly modules. In JBoss there were several folders where libraries could be simply copied. In WildFly it is more organised, with module.xml files describing each library. In order not to keep libs in EAR, so only real LAMS code remains there, they are moved to WildFly as modules and get referenced by EAR with META-INF/jboss-deployment-structure.xml.
