LDEV-3335, LDEV-3334: Use SSO mechanism introduced in WildFly 9. Do not create web.xml files with XDoclet as it can not produce them based on 3.1 schema. Use static ones instead. Make SessionManager just a proxy to webserver's HTTP session. Remov custom shared sessions and JSESSIONIDSSO cookie as they are obsolete. Remove own session monitoring as the container should take care of invalidation. Move injecting UserDTO into session to SsoHandler intead of UniversalLoginModule as an authentication request may not reach the latter due to WildFly credentials caching.

LDEV-3332: revert spring-beans schema declaration in application context xml files. export spring meta-inf in jboss-deployment-structure.xml

It is way more elegant approach to fix an issue with spring-beans.xsd loading from internet.

LDEV-3332: fix tiles-config.dtd version used.

LAMS is shipped with tiles 1.1 version (included in struts). Fix tiles configuration to use tiles-config-1_1.dtd. This was another resource, that was loaded from internet during Wildfly startup (since used dtd version was not present in struts.jar).

It should be now possible to start Wildfly with LAMS without internet connection.

LDEV-3332: fix spring contexts declaration to find spring-beans-4.0.xsd locally at classpath.

Having spring module defined as a set of spring jars (as we do have in Wildfly), it is impossible for spring to resolve xsd schema mapping file 'spring.schemas' correctly. With set of jars, we have 5 instances of this file (with different content) under the same path 'META-INF/spring.schemas'. This ended up in spring not beeing able to map spring-beans-4.0.xsd URL path to local resource location. Finally, this xsd was loaded from internet - and that significantly slowed Wildfly startup.

With this fix LAMS is way (depends on internet connection) faster to start.

LDEV-3275: Remove security domain configuration files from particular WARs. The comment said they were only used when a WAR was deployed as a standalone module. When a part of the EAR, the security is controlled by application.xml file. Also, there the domain referenced in these config files is not defined anywhere, making it dead code.

LDEV-2839: Allow JSP precompilation in lams_central and lams_planner. In Central change output folder of plain Java compilation so it is the same as in other projects. Clean Central build.xml a little - integrate some minor task into build-war. Change moment of Planner injection into Central so Planner JSPs can get precompiled along with Central files. Fix a typo in Planner.

LDEV-2839: Convert custom ExportPortOutput and ProgressOutput tags to plain JSP pages. These tags call include themselves recursivly what causes errors in JSP precompilation process. This is a know bug (JBAS-7496) of JBoss 5.1, fixed in JBoss 7. These tags were used only in lams_learning, so after conversion they were left only there. They were removed from all other projects.
