LDEV-3514: Use postInterceptor instead of preInterceptor. PreInterceptor apparently runs before Hibernate transaction gets created. When an exception in the proxied method occurs, the transaction is canceled and is not re-created when retry is attempted. This leads to "no session" or "read only transaction on write" errors. PostInterceptor seems to work when the transaction is already created, so retries happen witin its scope.

It is way more elegant approach to fix an issue with spring-beans.xsd loading from internet.

LDEV-3332: fix spring contexts declaration to find spring-beans-4.0.xsd locally at classpath.

Having spring module defined as a set of spring jars (as we do have in Wildfly), it is impossible for spring to resolve xsd schema mapping file 'spring.schemas' correctly. With set of jars, we have 5 instances of this file (with different content) under the same path 'META-INF/spring.schemas'. This ended up in spring not beeing able to map spring-beans-4.0.xsd URL path to local resource location. Finally, this xsd was loaded from internet - and that significantly slowed Wildfly startup.

With this fix LAMS is way (depends on internet connection) faster to start.

LDEV-768: Fixed the problem with the session being closed by changing how the update is done. Previously it used the user object connected to another session - now it looks up the user in the "add user" code, so that it will be part of the same Hibernate session. Given this user is in the cache, it shouldn't add too much time to the call.

Removed calls managing the learner in lesson cache - it isn't being used currently and the implementation didn't clear out users who closed their browsers without doing a proper exit.

Clean up grouping code so that the shared code is in lams.jar, and making it so that learner can't trigger the chosen grouping. I18N the grouping screen and added a wait page for the chosen grouping.

Modifying the getOrganisationForUserByRole calls to return just the course and class when specified, rather than the whole organisation tree.

Replaced getActiveLessons with getLesson, to suit the change from listing all the lessons in the learner client to just working with a single lesson.

Moved the logic to cache the lesson learners from learning into the lams.jar (in the LessonService).

Replaced getAllLessonsWDDX, getLessonData with getLessonDetails. Suits the change from listing all the lessons in the monitoring client to just working with a single lesson.
