Required adding a thread id to the message sequence table. The database patch involves running stored procedures so the autopatch libray in lams_build needs to be updated to match the forum changes.

LDEV-3425: get rid of 'synchronized' action processing for LearningAction#replyTopic. 'synchronized' was introduced here to fix database deadlock with Message entity.
